About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with deep expertise in Java to lead high-performing development teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, project management, and agile methodologies , with a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support .
• Oversee multiple projects (Fixed Price, T&M ) and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality.
• Drive agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban) across distributed teams.
• Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Java / .NET, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript .
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Development Teams to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure best practices in Microservices Architecture, Kafka, MFE, and Cloud Technologies .
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline, Kubernetes, Docker, K8s , and monitoring/logging tools for efficient DevOps practices.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while driving performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence .

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in software development, testing, and project management.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management with expertise in handling complex software projects.
• Hands-on experience in .NET / Java, Microservices, Kafka, MFE .
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, K8s .
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams across different locations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
