Technical Program Manager (TPM)

The Technical Program Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional technology programs across engineering, product, data, and business teams for Medikabazaar’s large-scale healthcare supply‑chain and digital commerce platforms. The role requires strong technical understanding, program governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive large, multi-team technical programs from planning to execution and closure.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on system design, scalability, integrations, microservices, APIs, cloud, and ERP/WMS initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and provide executive-level program updates.
• Implement program governance, Agile best practices, and continuous delivery process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and QA standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–12 years of experience, including 4–6+ years in Technical Program Management.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale programs, preferably in e‑commerce, healthcare tech, supply chain, or B2B platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data/ERP/WMS/CRM systems.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional influence skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science required.
• MBA or certifications (PMP, SAFe, Agile) are a plus.
