Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master / Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive delivery of large-scale data projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile delivery, program governance, and hands-on experience managing complex data initiatives such as AWS-native platform implementations and Oracle E-Business Suite migrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of large data programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope adherence.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including data engineering, cloud, QA, and architecture.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Establish delivery governance, track progress, and provide project status reports to leadership.
  • Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore teams.
  • Ensure alignment of sprint goals with overall program objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager in technology delivery.
  • Strong background in large-scale data projects, such as:
  • --AWS-native data platform development
  • --Oracle E-Business Suite migration or enterprise application modernization
  • Proven experience handling distributed/offshore delivery environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and program-level delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with multi-track teams and complex interdependencies.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience with data engineering, cloud architecture (AWS), and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment models.
  • PMP, SAFe, or other program management certifications (optional).
