Technical Project Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

• BE/BTech (preferred) in Engineering or related field
• 3–4 years of experience building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery (sprints) and product lifecycle
• Solid experience in business analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:-

• Drive program & project management for SaaS product development
• Own PRDs, user stories , sprint planning, and delivery execution (Agile/Scrum)
• Work hands-on with tools like Jira / Linear for tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and external stakeholders
• Define and manage product roadmaps based on market segmentation and business priorities
• Drive business vs technology trade-offs , prioritizing features vs tech debt
• Support product-led growth initiatives
• Ensure adherence to service SLAs (Uptime, RPO, RTO)
• Collaborate on compliance readiness (Data & System Compliance – PII, GDPR, SOC – good to have)
