Required Skills & Qualifications :-
BE/BTech (preferred) in Engineering or related field
3–4 years of experience building and scaling multi-tenant Saa S platforms
Strong understanding of Agile delivery (sprints) and product lifecycle
Solid experience in business analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder management
Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:-
Drive program & project management for Saa S product development
Own PRDs, user stories , sprint planning, and delivery execution (Agile/Scrum)
Work hands-on with tools like Jira / Linear for tracking and reporting
Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and external stakeholders
Define and manage product roadmaps based on market segmentation and business priorities
Drive business vs technology trade-offs , prioritizing features vs tech debt
Support product-led growth initiatives
Ensure adherence to service SLAs (Uptime, RPO, RTO)
Collaborate on compliance readiness (Data & System Compliance – PII, GDPR, SOC – good to have)
