Position Overview  

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across RAIL’s core platform. This role owns delivery cadence, cross-team coordination, and release integrity across engineering, research, and infrastructure. You will be part of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI/ML features, identifying market opportunities.

Location:  India (Remote / Hybrid) 

Type:  Full-time  

Work Hours:  11 AM - 4 PM (Core Hours) + Flexible Hours 

What You’ll Do  

• Own end-to-end execution of internal platform initiatives from planning to release. 
• Translate roadmap items into clear milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans. 
• Coordinate work across engineering, research, and infrastructure teams. 
• Drive release readiness across environments. 
• Track execution risks, regressions, and bottlenecks. 
• Maintain high standards for documentation and operational hygiene. 

What We’re Looking For  

• Strong technical background in software systems, data platforms, or ML infrastructure. 
• Experience managing internal platforms or developer-focused products. 
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and researchers. 
• Structured, detail-oriented, and delivery-driven. 
• Able to operate in ambiguity while keeping execution predictable.
