Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile adoption and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Guide teams to deliver projects on time by removing blockers and encouraging ownership.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues proactively.
- Support and improve CI/CD and DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and business objectives.
- Track delivery metrics and prepare clear status and performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and high team performance.
- Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
- Oversee projects across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of Agile project management experience.
