**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Technical** **Project Manager II** to join our team onsite in **Norfolk, VA** . This position is **onsite.**

+ Lead and coordinate the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating, and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams
+ Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements including information and data needs, business analysis and programming
+ Coordinate all meetings and interface with business units, staff and service providers
+ Direct and manage project development from beginning to end while defining the project scope, goals and deliverables
+ Determine if external consultants or contractors should be added to the internal project and/or development team(s) in order to successfully complete the project
