Job Summary

: A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a skilled Bilingual Project Manager to support the Commercial IT Business Partner in managing projects and stakeholder relationships within our IT department. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in project management and exceptional communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall project management and stakeholder engagement for ongoing IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiation between cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
