Job Summary
: A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a skilled Bilingual Project Manager to support the Commercial IT Business Partner in managing projects and stakeholder relationships within our IT department. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in project management and exceptional communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overall project management and stakeholder engagement for ongoing IT initiatives. Collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organization. Facilitate communication and negotiation between cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project management or equivalent. Proven ability to manage and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
