Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Web3 projects, bridging technical execution with strategic alignment. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high impact.

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Lead the full lifecycle of Web3 technical projects: requirements gathering, planning, execution, launch, and acceptance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Leverage your technical background to effectively communicate with developers and validate feasibility of solutions.
• Support solution design, technical assessments, and process optimization.
• Progress & Risk Control
• Build and maintain detailed project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers.
• Deliver clear project updates and resource reports to stakeholders.
• International Collaboration
• Coordinate with distributed teams and external partners across multiple time zones.
• Host meetings, prepare documentation, and manage communication in fluent English.

Requirements

• Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on software development experience.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Technical Skills
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exposure to Web3 domains such as DeFi, NFTs, Layer 2 solutions, or smart contracts.
• Soft Skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for technical and business contexts.
• Strong skills in cross-team coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to execute under pressure.
