Technical & Project Manager

The Technical & Project Manager oversees all technical operations within a dormitory complex, ensuring seamless functionality of critical systems including sewer treatment plants, generator power, building services and infrastructure. This role involves strategic planning, preventive/corrective maintenance, compliance management and leading upgrading projects to ensure a safe, efficient and regulatory-compliant living environment for the residents. In addition, the Manager leads the implementation and enforcement of Workplace Safety and Health standards across the premises, promoting a safe, efficient and compliant living and working environment for both residents and employees.
