The Mission
We are building an AI-powered voice booking system for dental practices. We have a world-class architectural spec (v1.1 State Machine), a Senior Lead Developer, and an Expert Auditor. We are 6-8 weeks away from our first live pilot in a partner clinic.
I am a non-technical founder. I need an MVP Launcher to act as my Technical Chief of Staff. You will own the roadmap, manage the trade-offs, and enforce a strict weekly execution rhythm to ensure we ship a safe, functional pilot on time.
What You Will Do
Own the MVP Scope: You will look at our v1.1 spec and ruthlessly prioritize. You know the difference between a must-have for a pilot and a nice-to-have for scale. You protect the dev team from feature creep.
Manage Trade-offs: When technical hurdles arise, you provide the Pros and Cons of building a complex fix vs. using a manual/human-in-the-loop fallback for the pilot.
