Technical Project Manager (with Engineering & Architecture Background)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with previous experience as a solution architect or backend engineer to bridge business needs and technical delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with business stakeholders, shaping solutions, and guiding implementation — without needing to code daily.

• Lead small delivery pods (3–5 engineers) , with team composition changing based on project focus.
• Work with business and development teams to clarify requirements and translate them into implementable technical plans.
• Contribute to solution architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with our platform and long-term roadmap.
• You will remain deeply involved in technical decision-making : especially around architecture, system design, and evaluating trade-offs across performance, scalability, and cost.
