Technical Proposal Manager

Position & Key Outcomes: The role of the Technical Leader in Onshore Wind International (ONWI) is to develop fully optimized and well‑documented technical proposals for the supply of wind turbine units and services. The Technical Leader is responsible for engaging with and responding to customers, developing high‑quality technical proposals for Onshore Wind projects and supporting technical discussions and negotiations. The Technical Leader will own the preparation of the technical proposal, review and amend technical contract documents, put forward GEV’s contractual positions and negotiate to a successful contract award. The Technical Leader must work closely with key stakeholders, including the Commercial Leader, Sales Leader and extended functions such as Product Line, Engineering, Project Operations and Project Management.
