Technical Proposal Manager – GE Vernova

Onshore Wind International (ONWI Technical Leader role: develop fully optimized, well‑documented technical proposals for wind turbine units and services.

Job Description Summary

The role involves engaging with customers, developing high‑quality technical proposals for onshore wind projects, and supporting technical discussions and negotiations. The Technical Leader will own the preparation of the technical proposal, review and amend technical contract documents, put forward GEV’s contractual positions and negotiate to a successful contract award. The Technical Leader must work closely with key stakeholders, including the Commercial Leader, Sales Leader, Product Line, Engineering, Project Operations, Project Management and operate with the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
