Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes , including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, obtaining competitive quotes, negotiating terms, and managing PR/PO cycles.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships , onboard new suppliers, and support tender or bulk purchase initiatives to drive cost savings.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery , working closely with the Logistics team to ensure timely shipment of spare parts and resolving delivery discrepancies.
• Handle financial and administrative tasks , such as resolving PO–invoice mismatches, managing prepayment uploads, and ensuring timely system closure of PRs/POs.
