  • Purchase order management for new store projects and technical equipment
  • Delivery management
  • Supplier management
  • Orders and payment monitoring for the accounting department
  • Store Development tasks
  • Monitoring and updating the Kintone system
  • Organizing documents
  • Drafting formal letters; mail and telephone support for lease spaces

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical procurement or purchasing roles
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
