Oaklands Global are currently recruiting a Technical Records Administrator on behalf of one of our leading aviation clients based at Biggin Hill Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the private and business aviation sector, ideal for someone with a genuine passion for aviation!

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of quotations.
  • Creation of digital and physical work packs.
  • Producing logbook certificates post maintenance.
  • Recording, documenting, and archiving of maintenance records.
  • Liaising with customer for work pack corrections and queries.
  • Consolidating and creating manifests for posting of hard copy work packs to customer.
  • Tracking of Tech Record KPI’s.
