Job Description
As an Technical Recruiter for the APAC region your role will involve technical recruitment for projects as well as managed services within Singapore, Malaysia and India.
The role requires (but isn't limited to):
Actively source and recruit candidates for positions across Asian regions through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms
Use different channels to identify candidates based on the provided requirements
Meet internal company SLAs and guidelines for sourcing and on-boarding
Ensuring candidates and hiring managers experience a superlative recruitment experience
Networking, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, business partners and hiring managers
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness when interacting with candidates from diverse backgrounds across Asia
Provide an exceptional candidate experience
