Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Senior Management and Business Development Managers on building Recruitment Plans Review JDs and other relevant content to ensure proper advertisement format for job postings Build a recruiting and interviewing plan for every open position Do the sourcing of talented and diverse candidates by developing creative methods Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill and cultural fit Work with hiring managers by presenting them qualified candidates for existing and future projects Fill the open positions effectively and efficiently Negotiate with candidates as required Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Build networks to find qualified passive candidates Advise and coach managers about recruitment processes and suitability of candidates for positions Make recommendations for process improvements Stay up to date on emerging trends and regulations which may impact the organization's talent acquisition program Develop and implement the HR roadmap for the business unit working with the management Review and analyse business metrics on employee retention and experience and to recommend systematic improvements Assess business unitβs HR training needs and train them as appropriate
Skills Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills Experienced in technical recruiting Excellent skills using MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Ability to coordinate different departments during the process Willing to travel for recruitment meetings to colleges and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule Ability to handle the confidentiality of information Excellent organizational skills Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner Experience with Recruiting and Hiring tools such as Taleo
