Shift : US Shift 7 PM to 4 AM IST

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced US Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Engineering (Civil/Construction) roles, specifically within the US public sector domain . This role demands excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, with a strong understanding of technical requirements and compliance-driven hiring processes.
