Shift : US Shift 7 PM to 4 AM IST
Working with: Public Sector Clients/State Client
Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced US Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Engineering (Civil/Construction) roles, specifically within the US public sector domain. This role demands excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, with a strong understanding of technical requirements and compliance-driven hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process—from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates—for IT and Civil/Construction Engineering roles.
