Job Description – US IT Recruiter
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift Time: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST
Required Skills:-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entire Recruitment lifecycle for US region right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position through Job portals, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, LinkedIn, head Hunting, etc. and able to work under pressure and high-volume environment quotas.
3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry, with a focus on senior engineer, product and niche technical roles.
3+ years of experience in recruiting for US staffing Market.
Self-motivated, with a passion for recruitment.
Experience working on MSP/VMS/System Integrator model.
Should have experience handling IT requirements
Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal sea...
