Technical Recruiter

Job Summary: As a Technical Recruiter at Zenex Partners, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring top talent for our largest semiconductor client based in San Jose, CA. This is a contract position requiring a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and proven expertise in technical recruiting. Responsibilities: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as networking, job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job requisition through offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to advise on recruitment strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the semiconductor industry or related technical fields. Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical roles such as software engineers, hardware engineers, and other semiconductor professionals. Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for semiconductor positions. Excellent sourcing techniques and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
