Job Description: We are a fast-growing logistics startup, Fadmo Logistics, based in NJ. We need an experienced Sourcing Specialist to help us identify and vet a Remote Operations Manager/CEO-proxy from international markets (specifically LATAM, Philippines, or Africa) who can work US Eastern Time hours.
Your Goal: Deliver 5-7 A-Player vetted candidates within 72 hours.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates with 5+ years of experience in logistics/3PL operations.
Filter for high-level English proficiency and willingness to work 100% US EST hours.
Conduct initial screening calls to vet for founder-level initiative and problem-solving skills.
Present a spreadsheet of candidates with video intros and salary expectations.
Requirements:
Proven track record of sourcing remote international talent for US companies.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, or
Ability to work urgently and provide daily updates.
