Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter (Engineering & IT) - Onsite
Location: No 471, Prestige Polygon, 11th Floor, A Wing, Nandanam, Chennai.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 7: 00 PM - 04: 00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
Work on IT and Engineering requirements , including but not limited to Software, Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, and Manufacturing roles
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and communication competencies
Coordinate with candidates on availability, rate negotiation, visa status, and compliance details
Submit qualified profiles to implementation partners within defined SLAs
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs
