Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter (Engineering & IT) - Onsite

Location: No 471, Prestige Polygon, 11th Floor, A Wing, Nandanam, Chennai.

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 7: 00 PM - 04: 00 AM IST


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
  • Work on IT and Engineering requirements , including but not limited to Software, Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, and Manufacturing roles
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and communication competencies
  • Coordinate with candidates on availability, rate negotiation, visa status, and compliance details
