About the Role

Carnivore Style is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Recruiter to manage our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top technical talent to join our team, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (developers, engineers, IT professionals)
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms
  • Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent


Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Reliable internet connection and home workstation
  • Prior experience in technical recruiting or HR is a plus
