The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for technical roles, and will be responsible for attracting and identifying top talent to fill various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms
- Strong knowledge in technical roles and requirements
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
- Maintain and update the recruitment database
- Manage the hiring process from application to onboarding
- Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms
- Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment methods
