Divergent Talent is a boutique U.S.-based recruiting firm focused primarily on technology contract and direct-hire roles. Founded by two experienced recruiters, Divergent is small, fast-moving, and intentionally non-corporate.
They are hiring their first offshore team member to help scale the business and support a growing volume of tech roles. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.
