We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the US Staffing Industry , with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients across the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Work on Full Time / W2 / 1099 / C2C hiring models as per client requirements.
Source candidates using job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, ComputerJobs, Yahoo HotJobs, and ATS tools .
Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Build strong professional relationships with consultants and clients.
