About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for SAP, Salesforce, and other IT/Tech roles and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (SAP, Salesforce, Developers, QA, Cloud, etc.)
Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
