The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing technical talent across US markets, working closely with account managers and hiring teams to deliver high-quality pipelines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires onsite presence and night-shift alignment with US business hours .
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment life cycle for US clients—sourcing, screening, qualifying, submitting, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and onboarding.
Source candidates for contract, C2C, W2, C2H, and full-time openings using job portals, ATS tools, LinkedIn, internal database, and networking.
