Position: Technical Recruiter

Company: Recruise (GCC Client)

Experience: 2–8 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid (depending on client need)

What you’ll do:

  • Handle end-to-end technical hiring for GCC roles (IT, Engineering, Product, Digital, etc.)
  • Work closely with hiring managers & stakeholders to understand role requirements
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Manage screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer rollouts
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and adherence to hiring SLAs

Must-have skills:

  • Strong experience in technical recruitment (product / engineering roles)
  • Exposure to GCC / captive / global hiring models (preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication
