Job Description:
- Responsible for the Complete End-to-end Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till Successful On-boarding.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
- Establish and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights.
