Job Description
We’re hiring for our customers Technical Recruiters (100% Remote) to own end-to-end hiring for technical roles.
You’ll source, screen, and close candidates using modern online recruiting methods and data-driven iteration.
Salary: $1200 USD - $1600 USD per month depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Source proactively via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, and Boolean/X-ray search
- Write and optimize job posts for conversion (titles, keywords, structure, A/B testing)
- Screen candidates for technical fit, motivation, and communication
- Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and hiring criteria
- Maintain clean pipelines and reporting (ATS hygiene, weekly funnel metrics, time-to-fill)
- Improve process: reduce drop-off, strengthen candidate experience, and increase offer acceptance
- Build talent pools for recurring roles and future hiring needs
