  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles across engineering, data, and tech operations
  • Develop sourcing strategies and leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, industry communities, etc.)
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and assess alignment on experience, technical skill sets, and company fit
  • Maintain ATS data accuracy and deliver weekly pipeline updates
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates
  • Represent the brand at virtual and in-person industry events as needed
  • Help refine internal recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
