Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for US IT roles using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 and Full-Time (FTE) positions.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Update and manage candidate data using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter .
Strong hands-on experience in W2 and Full-Time hiring .
Good understanding of technical role...
