Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured interviews and assessments (competency-based, technical, cultural)
Candidate Assessment Interviewing: Receive talent pools from the Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing Team and initiate candidate engagement.
Conduct initial and subsequent interviews using competency-based and values-based methods (aligned with Converge values: Malasakit, Innovation, Customer Centricity, Excellence, Passion for Learning, Inclusivity, Courage).
Evaluate candidates’ skills, motivation, and culture fit before endorsement to final interviews.
Provide structured feedback and hiring recommendations to managers.
Provide weekly Talent Demand Overview Report.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
