Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments (competency-based, technical, cultural)

  • Candidate Assessment Interviewing: Receive talent pools from the Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing Team and initiate candidate engagement.

  • Conduct initial and subsequent interviews using competency-based and values-based methods (aligned with Converge values: Malasakit, Innovation, Customer Centricity, Excellence, Passion for Learning, Inclusivity, Courage).

  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, motivation, and culture fit before endorsement to final interviews.

  • Provide structured feedback and hiring recommendations to managers.

  • Provide weekly Talent Demand Overview Report.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
