Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

The responsibilities of this position are:

  • Implement strategies for employer branding.
  • Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.
  • Manage the recruitment process.
  • Hold interviews in Spanish.
  • Hold interviews in English.
  • Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.).
  • Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages.
