Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.
The responsibilities of this position are:
- Implement strategies for employer branding.
- Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.
- Manage the recruitment process.
- Hold interviews in Spanish.
- Hold interviews in English.
- Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.).
- Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
- Full-time availability.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages.
