Position Overview

You will own full cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure. You will partner with hiring managers to define profiles, build diverse pipelines, run efficient interview loops, and deliver a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing for technical roles.
  
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and events.
  
• Calibrate with hiring managers on minimum qualifications and evaluation rubrics.
