Job Description:
Identify and source prospective candidates through active and passive hiring methods .
2–7 years of experience in the recruitment industry handling IT & Non-IT hiring , including Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Executive/CXO Search .
Experience in handling niche recruitment and staffing assignments for Tier 1, Tier 2, mid-sized, and start-up organisations .
Hands-on expertise in job portals, social hiring, referrals, market mapping, and cold calling .
Strong understanding of industry trends, niche/super-niche skill sets, and talent market dynamics .
Responsible for maintaining periodic MIS and recruitment reports .
Exposure to Executive Search / CXO-level hiring will be an added advantage.
