Job Description

This is a remote role for candidates in the Eastern time zone only. 

Grafana Labs is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our GTM teams and leaders, focusing on sales hiring, on a 6 month contract. You will work alongside our Talent Team to deeply understand hiring requirements, hiring challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics. 

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for running full-cycle recruitment. Tasks will range from engaging with passive and active talent internationally, to guiding the candidates through our hiring journey, to generating offers and handing the new hire off to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a technical recruiter. Experience working directly with senior leaders focusing on sales hiring in SaaS/Tech space.
