Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Rockville, MD (100% Remote)

Summary: ATR is looking for a self-starting and talented employee that would like to join our Recruiting team. As a recruiter you will start with a 2-4 week training program that will provide you with the basic skills you will need to begin your recruiting career. You will work with seasoned ATR recruiting industry professionals that will deliver ongoing training aimed at strengthening your ability to provide full life-cycle consultation to candidates throughout the job transition phase.
