What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles with a focus on banking and trading platform projects
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set hiring strategies
• Strong knowledge of IT recruiting and associated technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Business/Technical Analyst etc)
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS system
