  • Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) and Variable Pay

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end IT recruitment
  • Sourcing profiles from job portals & social media
  • Screening and coordinating interviews
  • Follow-ups till onboarding

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT recruitment
  • Laptop & stable internet connection
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
