Collaborate effectively with the Recruiting lead/manager to achieve stated individual and team objectives & goals Will work in a team of recruiters to fulfill IT positions Follow company standard recruiting and quality processes. Develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle. Minimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagements Personal Traits and Skills:

Compensation: Market competitive which includes Base and Variable pay
Work Shift : Standard US Eastern Time Zone (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Monday-Friday
Holidays : Standard US Holidays
