Responsibilities

:
  • Collaborate effectively with the Recruiting lead/manager to achieve stated individual and team objectives & goals
  • Will work in a team of recruiters to fulfill IT positions
  • Follow company standard recruiting and quality processes.
  • Develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle.
  • Minimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagements

    Compensation: Market competitive which includes Base and Variable pay

    Work Shift : Standard US Eastern Time Zone (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Monday-Friday

    Holidays : Standard US Holidays
