EXL has been expanding our services for delivery Data, Analytics and AI services for over 25 years.
We are looking for a recruiter who can hire for Mexico, Columbia and US geographies
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Managing the process from sourcing to hiring. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools to identify quality talent.
- Talent Pipeline: Consistently network and identify viable talent in the market for future needs.
- Assessment: Conduct competency-based interviews and validation through our technical team, ensuring that each onboarding meets the company's standard of excellence.
- Brand Ambassador: Representing and promoting EXL at job fairs, universities and technology events, a national level
- Recruiting Business Partner: Working hand in hand with the local Management and the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Employment Regulations: Navigating tax implications, contractual requirements, and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience hiring in Mexico, US and Columbia
- Strong interviewing skills to analyze and evaluate candidates.
- High organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Deep understanding of Mexico's labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance and support business growth.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- HR experience / employee engagement will be a huge plus.
- Proficiency with Excel will be a plus.
