Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for US-based clients

Source candidates using Boolean search on job portals (Naukri, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and validate technical skills

Work on W2, C2C, and Contract requirements

Submit candidates through MSP/VMS platforms
